The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels or other valuables. There are safes in the rooms for your usage. We are not responsible for articles left in rooms or automobile.
KeyLime Cove is a non-smoking facility. Upon departure, should there be evidence that smoking has occured in your room during your stay, a $300.00 cleaning charge will be applied to your folio and charged to your credit card upon departure.
Debit cards: If using a debit or check card for payment, funds from your account to cover the cost of the stay plus estimated incidental charges will be held immediately and released after checkout based upon your financial institution's policies for debit or check card usage.
Check-in time begins at 4:00pm, Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. One night's room and tax will be charged if you decide to depart prior to checkout date.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival to receive refund minus a $30.00 processing fee. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations within 72 hours. Guests may change their date of arrival one time to avoid the cancellation fee.
Reservation Policy:
We are a pre-deposit resort. The first nights room and tax is required at time of booking the reservation.
